Volunteer Form

 The Alive Festival effectively shares the good news of Jesus Christ with hundreds of people each year that would perhaps never even enter a church. By choosing to make a commitment of your time you will be helping the festival continue to be an exciting tool that God uses each year to bring people closer to Him. Alive Ministries is not a small group of people: it is a staff of several hundred volunteers and coordinators that work together each year. Their combined effort is what makes Alive Happen! We hope you will prayerfully consider this exciting way to serve the Lord and serve others.

I commit myself to volunteer at the Alive Festival, and to give the Lord the best I can while working in this ministry. I commit to:

•       Doing my best in all assignments given to me.
•       Doing my best in all assignments given to me.
•        Respect all those I come in contact with.
•        Agree to wear neat, clean, and modest clothing during my shift.
•        Abide by all the volunteer and shift requirements.
•        Agree to pay for my volunteer wristband if I attend the festival and do not fulfill my volunteer obligation.
