Alive and Atwood Lake Park have numerous clean and well-maintained restroom facilities, lighted restroom trailers, and large walk-in units with nice private stalls, as well as restrooms and showers at the beach. Alive offers large, clean and well-maintained shower trailers with hot water all the time, for $20 in advance or $25 at the gate. Each shower wristband includes 4 Hot Showers.  Note: Some youth and teens will say swimming at the lake is as good as a shower. We will let you be the judge. There are also portable restrooms strategically placed throughout the park and festival site to avoid long lines and walking too far. Alive has paved roads and lighted walkways (Yes, we have paved roads to walk on in case of rain!).

Alive and Atwood Lake Park have handicap facilities, restrooms, and transportation/parking available to accommodate guests while at the festival. Special requests and questions can be directed to or by calling us at 330.966.0023.

You can either cook your own meals or buy from the numerous excellent and diverse food vendors on-site. Prices are reasonable, and everything from hamburgers, pizza, sausage sandwiches, ice cream, chicken strips, funnel cakes, lemon shake ups, and a variety of beverages, water and coffee are available at the festival throughout the park. Alive also has ice and firewood for sale in the Camping Store, along with any supplies and items you may need or forget to bring. The adjacent Atwood Lake Marina also has a full service restaurant and bistro. The Alive Café has breakfast items, coffee, cappuccino, lattes, and other snacks available until midnight.

Alive and Atwood Lake Park offer a variety of fun things to do along with the over 60 concerts, 25 seminars, worship, and workshops at Alive. Included in the recreational options are basketball, volleyball, swimming, hiking trails, fishing, kayaks, canoes, and pontoon and sailboat rentals at the marina.

Alive and Atwood Lake Park have a central communication and first aid station for minor cuts, bruises, bug bites, etc., plus an EMT and ambulance service on-site throughout the festival. Alive and Atwood Lake Park also have a life-flight team and helicopter on-site. There are 5 major hospitals within a 30 – 45 minute drive of the park, and we also have emergency staff and teams on-site to manage the stages and crowd control. Alive’s safety and security teams are well trained in assisting our campers and crowd with any and all medical issues. If someone needs transported to a hospital, you can be assured we have our EMT and ambulance service waiting to help.

Yes, we allow small, contained campfires at campsites only. There is firewood available to purchase on-site, or you can bring your own wood. Note: Due to state laws, no firewood can be brought over state lines from Michigan or other states into the park due health regulations. Firewood will be for sale at the festival shower tent.

Alive and Atwood Lake Park have a beautiful beach and beach house for swimming at the lake with trained lifeguards on duty. There are restrooms, showers, and dressing rooms at the beach house near the swimming area. Alive does ask that modest swim suits be worn and that youth groups, church leaders and parents monitor the type of suits worn by their children and teens. As a Christian festival and family event, we maintain a policy that creates an atmosphere focused on modesty.

The vending tents have a huge Alive Festival store with Alive 2015 t-shirts, hats, hoodies, etc., an Alive music store, and a wide variety of other vendors selling t-shirts, hats, hoodies, jewelry, music (CDs, DVDs), band merchandise, and other miscellaneous items. Our vending tents also feature booths from colleges, organizations, and much more.

The Vending Tent is open from noon to 11pm for all 4 days of Alive. Tent closes for about 40 minutes during the evening speaker at Main Stage. The tent will be closed and evacuated during this time.

Alive has a prayer tent where those who have a prayer request can gather with others to pray. Alive is an inter-denominational festival that believes each church or family or youth group attending can be assured we will share Jesus and His love and life with everyone. We are not a church or a division of any other larger ministry or organization. Alive is a gathering for all believers in Jesus Christ and seekers. Alive attracts all denominations, different types of church groups and a variety of ministries who use this time to celebrate our faith in Jesus Christ.

No pets are allowed on the festival grounds (unless as a guide dog).  Some of the Standard Electric sites, which are located immediately outside the festival entrance, allow you to bring your pet.  If you choose to purchase a Standard site and would like it to accommodate a pet, please specify on your order form you are bringing a pet so you are issued the correct Standard site.
