CAMPING INFO
There is no additional charge for primitive camping at Alive. When you purchase a Total Event Wristband, it includes free primitive camping space at no additional charge. Sites are assigned as you arrive, based on your group size or how many are camping together. You should arrive together as a group if you plan to camp together.
NOTE: There is no reserving space for large groups. If purchasing the Early Camping Wristband and coming early on Monday or Tuesday, you should have at least 50% of your group with you to be fair with other groups arriving together. This prevents one or two people holding a large area in advance and taking space, when others with their large group are at the park (or coming in early and purchasing the Early Camping option) and are ready to be placed.
Atwood Lake Park has numerous shaded and open camping areas in very close proximity to all the Alive Festival stages, vending areas, and seminar tents, with picnic tables and some grills available at no additional charge. All sites at Atwood have easy access to the entire festival with paved roads to and from the new 7 acre amphitheater on the east side of the park.
ATWOOD LAKE PARK INFO
Atwood Lake Park, situated in Tuscarawas and Carroll counties, is one of the state's top sailing and boating attractions. Managed by the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, the lake was constructed in the 1930s for flood reduction and water conservation, but has turned into an outdoor recreational paradise! The park is the place to be for boating, fishing, camping, hiking, biking, hunting, swimming, and now the Alive Festival!
Atwood Lake Park offers manicured campgrounds, paved roads, recreational options, electric hook-up sites, and a beautiful beach for Alive Festival attendees to enjoy while at the festival. Total Event Wristband purchasers for Alive will receive a free primitive campsite (assigned as you arrive) and free parking. Electric hook-up sites are also available and can be easily reserved on our ticket ordering page.
Two full-service marinas are located on the lake to serve visitors and guests. The MWCD also owns Atwood Lake Resort and Conference Center, a 104-room full-service resort with a golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts and even 17 four-bedroom cottages, located right beside the lake. Rooms at the Atwood Lake Resort (across the lake from the festival site) can be reserved by calling 888-819-8042.

NOTE: Due
to the growth of the festival we have added additional large hot
shower trailers, more washing stations and numerous portable
restrooms with hand cleaners. The park has several shower buildings
and restrooms that are located throughout the site.
